Good Sunday evening MacroEdge Readers & Community, 

This evening, we’ll dive into the November labor market data in our monthly MacroEdge Labor Market Report and discuss our holiday season outlook. We’ll also dive into the latest updates for MacroEdge - including our MacroEdge TV (Radio) upcoming guests, Vision updates, and new things to expect in the new year. I think it’s pretty crazy that we’re already here with another year has passed us right on by - with just 3 weeks left in 2024. What a brilliant year it’s been for us an organization and our entire team - and we can’t say thank you all enough for enabling us to have as much progress as we’ve seen this year. With how this year has progressed, I’m very excited for what we can achieve in 2025 - both for our community of clients around the globe - and internally with our team. 

In tonight’s report, we’ll discuss some of the latest updates to our 2025 Roadmap more in-depth as it pertains to what we’re developing, dive headfirst into the labor trends for the month of November, and review the state of the market in a short holiday season outlook. 

2025 Roadmap Update 

What’s next for MacroEdge: 

• RESights updates -> We’ll have the dashboard, new partnership announcements, & more before the end of the month. RESights reports will continue to be the second and fourth Friday of each & every month going forward, strategy services will be available soon as well.

• Vision progress continues -> While we had hoped for our new portal to be completed by 12/5 - along with performance tracking features - this progress continues & should be available in the next week or so. I do not want to release something that isn’t fully complete & have issues with performance tracking or delivery of standalone Vision reports. 

• MacroEdge One is available to upgrade or access via MacroEdge.net/oneaccess - which includes access to Ozone, RESights, and Vision

• MacroEdge TV is something we continue to ready for 2025, which will include new interviews, multimedia, visual reports, and more. Exciting things here - so make sure to join us on our YouTube by looking for MacroEdge.
